On April 17, 2013, we will be holding our Annual Equality Day Wine & Cheese. Join other equality supporters in recognizing Equality Day, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the work of LEAF Manitoba.  This is a great opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues, enjoy refreshments in a relaxing and attractive setting and re-energize for the ongoing and new challenges.

Annual Young Women's Conference

We are reaching out to Manitoba high schools and energetic young women interested in attending our 2013 Young Women’s Conference, taking place Wednesday, May 1st at the University Women's Club (54 West Gate). It is a full-day event running from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The theme of this year's conference is "Working in the ‘Rights’ Direction".

This is an excellent opportunity for young women to come together with other students from across the province to interact with lawyers, law students and LEAF volunteers to engage in a day of ideas, discussions, and fun activities.
