"Working for Change"

This is an excellent opportunity for young women to come together with other high school students from across the province to engage in active and critical thinking about the many equality issues affecting their own lives and the lives of countless others.
The day will include discussions on rights of employees, duties of employers, laws to ensure a respectful workplace, struggles for women and youth, pay equity issues, employment standards, and related LEAF cases.
